Omnivore No. 3 -- One Large Advertisement for Guest Poet Charles Bukowski (1963)

Published in 1963, Omnivore No. 3 does not contain any Bukowski work, but there is a two-thirds of a page advertisement for a magazine title IN EXILE – “NEW POEMS” that was supposed to feature GUEST POET CHARLES BUKOWSKI.

The magazine never came out and, as usual, Hank probably never got his poems back, despite his return postage.

This copy is in Near Fine condition with some light ink smudges to the white rear cover.

The poetry magazine out of Forst Hills makes a nice addition to a Bukowski collection.
