Published in 1984 by Freeway Records and Rhino, Neighborhood Rhythms (Patter Traffic) features poetry and spoken word by Charles Bukowski, Henry Rollins, Chuck Dukowski, Mike Watt, Gerald Lockin, Dave Alvin, John Doe, Wanda Coleman and many more.

Bukowski reads his poem, I Don't Need A Cleopatra.

This is a double album and because the pieces are short, there are 106 tracks.

There are bumps/creases to three corners of the sleeve and some general wear. The records themselves don’t have any visible scratches and appear un-played.
