This is a scarce flexi disc that was included in Beat Scene Magazine No 12 back in May 1991.

It features two poems from Charles Bukowski’s Reading in Hamburg, Germany, May 5, 1978:

Love & Fame & Death
I’ve Always Had Trouble With Money

No limitation is given on the sleeve, but not many of these seem to have survived.

I don’t have qualifications to grade records. If this copy wre a book, I’d rate it Near-Fine-minus with some slight edge wear and some light wrinkles to the sleeve. Flexi disc looks like new.
