Black Sparrow Press issued these five postcards back in the mid-1980s and they’ve become a favorite item for Bukowski collectors ever since.
This is the first edition with the price at $4.95. It has held up very well over the years and the packaging was done well when it was originally produced – many copies were crooked. This one is in Near Fine condition.
The postcards consist of four photos of Bukowski and one drawing by Bukowski. On the opposite side are quotes from Bukowski. The photographs were taken by Joan Gannij in Bukowski’s apartment.
