This is the serigraph featuring Robert Crumb’s iconic portrait of Charles Bukowski that appeared in The Captain is Out to Lunch and the Sailors Have Taken Over the Ship.
Only 426 copies of the Black Sparrow Press book contained the serigraph. This is one of a handful of print overruns that were never used in the book.
The serigraph measures 6.5” x 9.5” and is printed on heavy stock. The image size is approximately 5.75” x 5”.
