This is another beautiful piece created by the legendary Johnny Brewton and his X-Ray Book Co. Brewton has published over a dozen of Bukowski’s works since 1995, as well as other artists and musicians, such as Tom Waits.
This is actually a Thank You card Johnny sent me along with some items I purchased. It is a single sheet measuring 8.5” x 5.5” folded twice. It comes in a white envelope and is signed by Brewton.
It contains a quote by Bukowski’s fictional self, Henry Chinaski. It reads:
“My Beerdrunk Soul is Sadder Than All The Christmas Trees Of The World” Henry Chinaski
I’m also including the 2016 X-Ray 2016 calendar which is printed in the form of a price tag on heavy stock. The imprint is X-RAY BOOK & NOVELTY co. and measures approximately 6.25” x 3”.
