Bukowski with a Glass of Red Wine (Unknown Photographer)

This beautiful photograph came from The Daily Telegraph newsroom. If you look closely at the photograph, you'll see crop marks.

A Bukowski photograph expert told me he thinks it is from one of the European documentaries on Bukowski. The photographer is unknown to us both.

Studying the information on the back, it looks like The Daily Telegraph probably acquired it as a promotional photo and then used it for Bukowski’s obituary.

This is a large photograph measuring approximately 11.5” x 8.25”. The images size is approximately 10.5” x 7.25”.

A real fly-on-the wall composotiion. I’m not sure how rare it is because of its European heritage, but it’s the only copy I’ve seen.

The photograph has a bit of newsroom wear, a couple of white specks, and the crop marks. I think it’s in really good condition all things considered. The crop marks can probably be cleaned off carefully.
