The September 14, 1973, edition of The World Weekly News of Los Angeles featured a Bukowski “Notes of a Dirty Old Man” column about a surreal night at the bar. Three Bukowski drawings related to the story accompany the column.
The World Weekly News of Los Angeles was a very short-lived paper that doesn’t seem to have lasted a year. Bukowski appeared in at least two issues.
This copy is in Very Good + condition with toning, light creases, and small tears to the outer edges.
