Uncollected Fictional Conversation by Charles Bukowski (1983)

Published in January 1983, this appearance in High Times would be the start of a nice run of Bukowski short stories. Bukowski would appear in High Times magazine 19 times between 1983-1984. Prior to this run, Bukowski had previously appeared in High Times twice.

In this first piece, Bukowski is in a lengthy conversation at Musso’s with fictional characters, including Fellini. It’s a light, fun piece and appears to be uncollected in any books.

This copy is in Very Good ++ condition with faint scratches and minor creases to the black outline on the front cover and tiny bumps to the corners.
