THE LAST POEM and TOUGH COMPANY –Signed by Charles Bukowski and Diane Wakoski (#140/176)

The 1976 Black Sparrow Press New Years Greeting featured the THE LAST POEM by Diane Wakoski and TOUGH COMPANY by Charles Bukowski. Beginning in 1970, Black Sparrow Press began a long tradition of featuring Bukowski in its New Years Greeting, but this was the only on Bukowski shared with another writer.

This is #140 of 150 numbered hardcover copies signed by the two poets.

The 1976 greeting was also one of the larger in size, measuring approximately 8” x 5.5”. I is bound in cream paper covered boards with an orange cloth backstrip and is issued in a thick unprinted white paper dust jacket.
