The New Censorship devoted three special issues to Charles Bukowski’s Poems and Drawings.

This is a signed copy of the June 1991 issue and contains nine strong poems and seven great drawings.

Bukowski has signed the cover, which features his drawings.

Out of the nine poems, two have not been published in any books.

Measuring 11” x 8.5”, this copy is in Near Fine-minus condition with some minor stains and wear to the covers, as well as some creases along the spine from the stapling process.

2 A.M. first appeared in Go Magazine in January 1989, but has not been published in any books.

Biography has yet to be published again.

An Evaluation, It's Difficult For Them and Splash later appeared in Betting on the Muse (1996).

Classical and The Horseplayer later appeared in Bone Palace Ballet (1997).

Iron would later appear in Sifting Through the Madness for the Word, the Line, the Way (2002).

You Tell Me What It Means would later appear in The Flash of Lightning Behind the Mountain (2004).

A great source of later Bukowski poems from this magazine edited by Ivan Suvanjieff out of Denver, Colorado.
