Quicksilver, Vol. 14, No. 3 -- First Appearance of Vegas (1961)

Published in 1961, Quicksilver, Vol. 14, No. 3, featured the Bukowski poem, Vegas.

The poem would later appear in Run With the Hunted (1962), It Catches My Heart In Its Hands (1963), Norton Anthology Of Poetry (1970), and Burning in Water Drowning in Flame (1974).

Quicksilver was a quarterly magazine of poetry that produced 52 issues between 1949-1962. Bukowski would appear in seven issues between 1958 and 1962.

This copy is in Near Fine condition with bumps to all four corners of the oversized covers. A well-produced poetry journal with textured covers.

All and all, a beautiful copy of this uncommon poetry journal out of Fort Worth, Texas.
