I don’t have a lot of information on this photograph other than it was taken in Europe on one of his visits in the late 1970s.
I don’t believe it is a Michael Montfort photo, but was professionally taken.
There are a couple of creases in the photo and a small ding. See photos.
As you can see in the main photo, these imperfections don’t really stand out.
