LA Free Press April 16, 1976 – Excerpt from Women in “Notes of a Dirty Old Man” Column

The April 16, 1976, edition of the LA Weekly featured an excerpt from a novel-in-progress by Charles Bukowski. The working title at the time was “Love Tale of the Hyena”, but the novel would eventually be named Women.

The excerpt appeared in Bukowski’s “Notes of a Dirty Old Man” column, accompanied by a couple of drawings. Bukowski’s column would appear in over 200 issues of the LA Free Press between 1970-1976.

This copy is in Very Good + condition with toning, light creases, and small tears to the outer edges.
