From Oct. 9, 2010, through Feb. 14, 2011, The Huntington Library in San Marino, California, held a monumental exhibit on Bukowski’s work. The Huntington is home to one of Bukowski’s largest archives, so they had plenty of material to work from.
This is the catalog from the exhibit. It’s extremely well produced, consisting of a large glossy piece of paper, folded three times to make eight pages. It includes 15 Bukowski images, some reproductions of photographs and others of Bukowski books and drawings.
It’s hard to believe 12 years have gone by since the exhibit, but this catalog is a great artifact from this historic event.
