This is a rare uncorrected proof of Charle Bukowski’s screenplay Barfly. It is the original screenplay for the film that was published by Paget Press (Sutton West) in 1984, preceding the Black Sparrow Press edition by three years.
For a Proof copy, this is really well produced. Although it has a comb binding, the marbled covers are beautifully printed on heavy stock. Without the comb binding, the cover and the sheets measure approximately 11” x 8.5”.
