Published by Black Sparrow Press in April 1967, 2 by Bukowski (aka 2 Poems) was the first Bukowski chapbook published by the press.
It’s a beautiful piece, handsewn with gray thread into brown paper wrappers with a deckled fore edge on the front cover and parchment-like free endpapers.
This copy is housed in an equally beautiful custom cloth clamshell box by Bill Roberts of Bottle of Smoke Press.
Featuring the poems Family, Family and A Little Atomic Bomb, the chapbook measures 8.5” x 5.5”.
This copy is in Fine condition.
Mike is passionate and fascinating. I bought him the 1968 vinyl "Poetry" with Steve Richmond, one of the rarest items related to Buk. I'm so happy.
