The text is brimming with excitement from Blazek during these early years of OLE. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eOther contributors include Susan Gorbea, Steven Richmond, Duane Locke, Chas. Bukowski, Wm. Wantling, Dave Kelly, Larry Eigner, Walt Lowenfels, S.A. Osterlund, Jim Boyle, John Turpin, Harold Norse.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eOle was published by Doug Blazek, a fellow poet and early proponent of Bukowski’s work. They were friends and had a lengthy correspondence between 1964 to 1968. As with several other writers, the relationship ended abruptly after their first meeting in person.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eBlazek published Bukowski in all eight issues of Ole between 1964 and 1967, and was \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eUnfortunately this copy has a previous owner’s initials on the cover (perhaps someone stole his underwear on a sleepover as a kid).
