It comes with a beautiful custom clamshell box made by Bill Roberts of Bottle of Smoke Press. It's a beautifully \u003cspan style=\"font-size: 0.875rem;\"\u003emade box inside and out. Bill managed to find the original font to use on the box.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eThe book itself is in Near Fine +condition. The clamshell box doesn’t close perfectly flush, but very close and does its job of protecting the book.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003ca href=\"https:\/\/thebukshop.com\/blogs\/news\/fire-station-a-trip-down-the-fire-pole-55-years-later\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"\u003eFire Station\u003c\/a\u003e was actually made up of “leftover” poems that didn’t make the cut for The Days Run Away Like Wild Horses Over The Hills.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eBlack Sparrow Press publisher John Martin hired Sanford Dorbin to select the poems that appeared in The Days Run Away Like Wild Horses Over The Hills. The two disagreed vehemently on some of the poems that should appear in the book.
